1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–11 business days after dispatch, meaning most customers receive their order within 9–13 business days from purchase.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All knesse orders ship free of charge, regardless of order size or destination.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also available. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, knesse covers the return shipping cost.

5. How do I start a return?
Email info@knesse.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
